RESIMAC

Where only the inner leaf is very soft or perforated masonry materials, the RESIMAC is recommended. This provides an inner screen and tubular body, of length sufficient to rest in the outer Ieaf.A Mac expander is fitted to an M6 stainless steel rod - the original MACBOND wall tie.The threaded end is set in BRC3 resin in the screen and, after the resin is set, the inner leaf connection can be tested and the outer leaf expander set, using a pre-set torque wrench and special hex setting tool.
